Customer has 14 days from the date of purchase or the date of reception, if mailed, to exchange any purchased Item. If Item is physically defective due manufacturing, post processing, or improper size selection, an exchange will be made under the following term. Customer is responsible for shipping of their item(s) to Uniquely Black LLC. The requested action should accompany the item. Uniquely Black will cover shipping to get the new Item back to you. Refunds are permitted for legitimate reasons. If refund is issued, Item must be returned at customer expense and a 25% Restock Fee will be assessed. After Item is inspected and is determined undamaged, the amount of the item and applicable taxes minus the Restock Fee will be sent to you.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs. In the event the customer spends enough to meet the minimum Free-Shipping threshold of $200 per order, Uniquely Black will ship that order at no cost to the customer. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returns.
